Babbling

Sunday. A decent night's sleep after lights out by ten to awaken at five-fifty this morning, although I seem to recall having to wait for quite a while for sleep to come. Still, up easily enough to put together the newspapers and drive to breakfast under a light rain. Best to have been driving.

A more elaborate breakfast than usual, we'll see if any of it comes back to haunt, but otherwise a good, clear headed morning. No rain at the moment, but rain clouds remain and it could start again at any time. The weather people are saying it will last through the rest of today and into the morning with rain predicted over Thanksgiving. Well, maybe we'll get outside later, maybe we won't.

Later. The rain started again before it finally stopped just before one and I'm seeing shafts of sun out through the balcony door now that it's after three. No thoughts to go outside.

An hour's nap at two that seems to have done some good, but still another slow day watching football on T.V. and reading stuff in bed on the tablet.

Evening. Stumbled into the middle of an episode of Elementary in the late afternoon and watched through the rest of it. An old one, but one I hadn't seen before, switching to the '49ers game during the advertising breaks. Then discovered the same episode was playing on another station after the first one ended. If I'm going to watch these I'm going to have to track down a schedule. Rather like taking pictures, if you're going to go after them you need to check to see where they might be found.

You're babbling.

The photo up top was taken while walking through the Oakland Farmers Market on Friday with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 135mm f 2.0 DC Nikkor lens.
