Ten

Tuesday. Not so bad: the usual get to sleep after ten to then awaken at a quarter after six, listen to the rest of Democracy Now! and then get up to drive to breakfast on an overcast morning, some signs of an earlier rain on the streets, arriving to park and enter the closed off restaurant dining room to turn on the lights and settle in with the papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee again for breakfast, finishing up after nine to walk to the car, drive home, take the selfie before settling in here at the computer with yesterday's goes on forever with its foolishness entry, posting and then checking to see if I'd received the payment the Intuit email had announced yesterday. No sign of a payment. I'm sure we've got a phishing attempt in the email box, I'll check the web again to see if anyone else has posted that it's out there.

Later. Found a reference to the Intuit “email” on the Intuit web site. Definitely a phishing attack. Deleted the email and attachment. It reeked of phishing, but unusually sinister in how well it was done.

More tablet time and half listening to the various news programs I can't seem to ignore through the entire afternoon.

Evening. Watched most of Last Tango In Halifax before deciding I'd had enough, my old and cranky side rolling in. Too much stupid goings on was the verdict, hence the old and cranky charge. To bed again by nine, to sleep after ten.

The photo up top was taken at the 2015 How Weird Street Faire with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
