Wednesday. Lights out reasonably early to awaken at ten minutes to six this morning and again take my time getting ready to head out to breakfast, the sky grey giving me an excuse to drive to breakfast. Cold out there. Might start raining coming back. You understand.

Had the chicken-apple sausage, eggs over medium, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast without a second thought. Fortifying ourself again the cold. You understand.

Back to the car taking the two pictures I invariably take when driving, the day still overcast, but no rain so far. It's due, they're saying the largest storm to date, which will probably get in the way of getting the needed Protime blood-thinner test later at the lab. We'll see.

Later. Zipped through the usual morning routine to then think about driving over to the lab for the Protime test. Did I want to do that? Wasn't raining, the weather people saying probably not starting until later this evening and so driving shouldn't be a problem if I can find parking. Debated this for an hour before getting in the car, finding a parking space and walking to the lab, no one else in line. Had the test, no muss, no fuss, just like that. After all that “did I, did I not” angst.

Otherwise tired all afternoon, I'm afraid, with the sinuses acting up this last week and so lied down on the bed for a while, did some reading, watched one thing and another on the tablet and avoided writing here. Same old, same old, in other words.

Boo-hoo-hoo?

I'm kinda hoping it doesn't last. Blame it on the weather? Spring and the heat will bring relief? Low blood pressure again? Maybe take a reading?

Evening. Watched Midsomer Murders. They're somehow all the same, but watched it without too much damage. Bailed for bed when and episode of New Tricks followed, probably one I'd seen before and didn't need to see again.

All this negative crap.

Still, nice to go to bed, lights out at ten, the sound of rain now outside the bedroom window.
