After

Monday Lights out before ten to awaken then for good just after six. About right. As usual took the blood pressure, it's been running high and so I've been taking twice the usual dosage now for the last few days, one in the mornings (as usual) and one before bed, wondering if I should take a double dose in the mornings and skip the one before bed, see if that wouldn't make sense.

The sky clear, the temperature not too cold and so a decent walk to breakfast, arriving at the usual time to enter the dining room, turn on the lights and settle in at my back table to start on today's thin papers.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee this time (still watching the weight), finishing up just after nine to set out for home, the sun bright, the walk comfortable enough although the usual suspects were often in difficult places close to the ground to get a decent shot. But again, a nice morning and so the attitude good, arriving home to take the selfie in the lobby and settle in here at the computer, another week ahead.

Later. Started the new car insurance process with AAA on the web, adding comprehensive to cover any future catalytic converter issues, got a call from an agent an hour later and as of today I'm covered for theft. Felt better just like that. Two different residents in my apartment house have suggested the theft might have been done or arranged by another resident. Didn't ask for a name or why they were suspicious, but we'll probably get around to that later.

Otherwise another afternoon on the tablet and listening to the news. We'll get to some of the necessary to get done soon tasks tomorrow.

Evening. Nothing I wanted to watch on television and so to bed at nine. Nothing on the radio either and so lights out again at ten, to sleep whenever after.

The photo up top was taken at the 2016 Temescal Street Fair with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
