Ten

Thursday The good, the bad and the ugly. This morning had all three. The good? Awoke this morning early just before six, but without the aching chest. Two days in a row, no aching chest. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow and shutting my trap. The bad? Got home under a bright and warm sun absolutely dead tired and so spent most of the morning lying down after taking a bath. The ugly? A race to the bathroom on the way home, thinking after walking a third of the way home, maybe I'd better return to the restaurant to use their restroom. Continued home, but lost the race. Ordered replacement jeans and jockey shorts after taking that bath.

Otherwise, the single pork chop, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, finishing up again just after nine to walk home snapping the usual pictures, although a little more quickly as it became obvious I needed to get to the bathroom sooner than later. Oh, and no selfie as I was in a hurry.

Still tired as it approaches six, the afternoon pretty much spent on the bed with the tablet. Not sure what any of this is about. Am I getting something? The dreaded virus? Or just getting old?

Evening. Unusually hungry along with everything else today, although started it with a breakfast that's one of the larger ones. So the hell with it, I ate more than usual. If you're going to be tired, might as well be well fed and tired.

Stayed up long enough to check out Vera at eight. Haven't watched one in some time as I suspect I've seen all of them, but didn't recognize it from the description on the schedule. Turned out I had seen it before in seeing the first scene, but didn't remember squat as to what happened thereafter and so watched it through the thereafter. To bed before ten.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 San Francisco LGBT Pride Parade with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
