Clear
Sunday. To sleep after ten to awaken at five and zone out again until six to get up and take the blood pressure (120/65, 122/61, 117/61) which was good, but decided to take the med after I got home from breakfast. Got up a little early to drive to the ATM and then over the hill to the restaurant, arriving just before the first waiter arrived to sit at my indoor dining area table and start on the papers.
The two strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee, the weight coming in two pounds under the target this morning, finishing after nine to drive straight home, take the selfie in the lobby, head for the bathroom before settling down at the computer to download the morning's few pictures, finish yesterday's entry, post and then lie down on the bed to clear the head of very light ocular migraine symptoms. Didn't get the head back to the writing here until the early evening.
Later. Watched the Braves-Padres game on the tablet followed by Planet of the Humans, a documentary that was released in 2020 that I'd not heard of before and takes on the climate change issues from a very different and disturbing direction. If they're right we are indeed even more fucked than I had imagined and our world, if there's still an “our” left on it, is going to be very very different.
Evening. Nothing on television and so to bed and the tablet. At least the head is clear.
