Nine

Saturday. Awoke at six-thirty, right on time, after what I'm guessing was a good seven hours of sleep last night. Good. Up to have Cheerios, orange juice, coffee and a banana for breakfast before returning to the bedroom and the computer to finish yesterday's screed, post and then start with this. Where might this go or is it all down hill from here? Babble descending to whatever comes next? I guess we'll find out.

A light rain not requiring an umbrella and so the usual walk at nine-thirty taking a few pictures along the way. Nothing to write home about in the way of pictures, but at least I took a few shots.

Home to process the pictures while listening to KALW in the Bay Area on the computer and taking the blood pressure, having taken a first set of readings before setting out for the walk. Both sets of readings were better than those I've complained about in these last two days, let's hope they don't get nasty again in the early afternoon.

Later. Nothing to watch in the way of movies or series on the tablet and so watched a baseball game or two, switching back and forth between them, this morning's light rain having given way to sunshine this afternoon.

Evening. The blood pressure was up around one, back down again by six, obviously having a mind of its own. More baseball on the tablet, lights out by nine.

The photo up top was taken at the 2017 Oakland Climate March at Lake Merritt with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
