Straight

Sunday. Another uneven night's sleep to awaken before six in time to listen to CounterSpin followed by TUC Radio before getting up to drive to breakfast feeling relatively clear headed, parking by the restaurant and settling in at my inside table to start on the papers.

The Eggs Benedict, country potatoes, fruit cup and coffee, using their bathroom before finishing up and heading back to the car feeling, well, a little dizzy. Not dizzy settled into the seat while driving home taking the selfie in the lobby and heading for the computer, the edge of the dizzy feeling again raising its head. Managed to finish and post yesterday's entry before lying down and sleeping for four hours. Another ocular migraine, but a stronger one this time. Two mornings in a row? Is there something happening here?

Later. Awoke from the nap in time to watch the two tied PGA leaders play the 18th hole and then the one hole playoff, lied down right after and watched a movie I discovered I'd seen before on the tablet and such has been our afternoon. A three hour nap?

Evening. Tried watching Agatha and the Truth of Murder at eight, found it less than wonderful and that it ran past my bedtime until ten, so bailed and went to bed well before nine again, feeling tired but much clearer headed after the ocular migraine that dominated most of the day.

We'll skip anything on the migraine to be avoided foods list for breakfast tomorrow (there were two slices of cured ham in the Eggs Benedict) and see if that doesn't keep the head on straight.

The photo up top was taken at the 2013 San Francisco Carnaval Parade with a Nikon D4 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
