Lights

Sunday. To bed early, lights out before ten, to then awaken again after midnight for a short period before awakening for good at five-fifteen and remain in a fog half listening to the radio until six-twenty when I got up and prepared to drive to breakfast on another overcast morning much like yesterday morning. OK, not bad, the head seemingly together, but we'll see.

The avocado and cheese, light on the cheese, omelet, country potatoes, toast and coffee for breakfast over the Sunday papers, finishing and heading out the door to the car at nine to drive home to finish and post yesterday's entry. Feeling tired. Another trip to the Anime Festival and Cosplay event in Japantown? After a short nap? Like the idea of that nap.

Later. The day rolled on from somewhat tired to really tired and so took a couple of hour long naps, some of which resulted in actual sleep. Still tired, but better, as we approach evening.

Processed more of yesterday's pictures, more slowly than I otherwise might, but should have the two sections done tomorrow. The photographs, not the sections themselves, unless the energy returns, something I'm not counting on. If I blame this tired business on yesterday's running around, one day feeling tired can just be the start. He said, picking it out of thin air. Rationalizations and excuses are stored in the same very accessible locker.

Evening. Nothing on television that I, with my now more limited breadth of interests, want to watch and so to bed by nine, the blood pressure surprising me with a 140/80 reading. Took the med and turned out the lights.
