Fact

Sunday. Awoke fifteen minutes after six to get up and set out to drive to breakfast, no signs in evidence of yesterday's hitting the wall as I was finishing up breakfast. Arrived to find the restaurant dark and so again entering through the dining room area door to settle in with the papers, the first waitress arriving soon after. Cooler this morning, the sky overcast, they're saying cooler throughout the day, but no rain.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, taking no chances that yesterday's Eggs Benedict had contributed to the hit the wall experience, finishing up by nine and then driving to the supermarket to stock up on pretty much everything. Home to salvage yesterday's entry before posting and then to settle in and watch the Masters, Tiger Woods tied for first when I turned it one, Tiger winning by a stroke when it finished. Good. Feel good all around.

Later. Tried three times to file the taxes online and was bounced each time. There's a number or parameter that the fed doesn't like and so decided to file them through the mail, which means printing them, which shouldn't have been a problem except I haven't used the printer in a while and it wouldn't print.

Took me three hours to get the printer working and so ended up walking to the post office around five, taking pictures of the drummers at the white column pergola while walking back home, quite a few people still sitting the lying on blankets by the lake. A long afternoon, tired, but nothing like yesterday (thank the stars).

Evening. Nothing on television, skipped the tablet, to bed by nine, lights out well before ten. A long day with the taxes, but again, no sign of whatever it was that put me so far down yesterday and quite happy for the fact.
