With Sleep

Tuesday. An uneven night's sleep, but a decent night's sleep. I think. An overcast morning, haven't checked what the weather people are saying for the rest of the day, more time than usual when I returned trying to salvage yesterday's babble journal entry. We'll leave it at that. The problem, of course: just leaving it at that.

A fair amount of time and effort left to finish the How Weird Street Faire photographs. I'm still swimming in the middle with them so I have no idea how they really turned out. The usual question, the usual no answer. The answer - good, bad, indifferent? - comes later if it comes at all.

We're drifting.

Maybe a nap, get a head restart.

Later. A bus downtown to pickup the prescription refill I'd phoned in yesterday, a good excuse to get outside. Had lunch at the table (a cinnamon bun and coffee) at the bagel shop before walking to Grand to wait for the bus. Enough walking for the day was the thought.

A loop up behind the apartment house construction site to take the day's photographs. Figured if I didn't do it then, I wouldn't do it at all. Tired, but not that tired. So pictures.

There turned out to be enough How Weird Street Faire photographs for four sections, a bit of a surprise. Because I wasn't all that picky about the ones I decided to include? I say this every time after a shoot. They're now up on artandlife and life (if not art) is better, now that they're done.

Evening. Took a fair amount of time and energy to finish those pictures today, so to bed early. Tired right now and that usually means there won't be a problem with sleep.

The photo up top was taken at the San Francisco How Weird Street Faire with a Nikon D4s mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
