Bed

Wednesday. Awoke early at five-thirty again and so dawdled along, ending up heading to breakfast at the right time on another overcast day, the blood pressure at 118/92 when I got up and 97/70 when I returned. Can that be right?

Had the French toast with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee for breakfast, staying over the papers until eight-thirty, documenting the four cent drop in the price of regular like a good robot and taking the standard set of pictures on the way home.

Finished and posted yesterday's entry and essentially hit a wall, lying down and listening to the radio turned down low as I drifted in and out of sleep. Been that way pretty much through the rest of the afternoon. Not good if this tends to dominate the way forward.

Evening. Spent more time with the tablet, checked to see what Midsomer Murders was about on PBS, remembered I'd seen it before and didn't much like it then and so went back to bed.

At the 2016 Oakland Chinatown StreetFest taken with a Nikon D5 mounted with a 70-200mm f 2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
