For A While
Wednesday. Yesterday, for the first time in two weeks, I took one of the pills they've prescribed for the aching sinus-head thing, monitoring the results. They do seem to work so I took another this morning with similar results. So I guess they'll rejoin my daily chemical diet. Chemical diet. The smoked glass world. They say you can take three a day. I'm comfortable with one, sometimes two, so we'll celebrate the fact they're around and get on with it.

This is another one of these “hup! hup!” beginnings as I've recently set two goals to accomplish by the end of the year. I'm looking forward to seeing how they go and I'll mention them, I hope mentioning their success, as the months stumble on, but I'll talk about them then and spare us for the now.

In that I'm more than willing to hold your feet to the fire. No more mealy mouthed “I'll do it tomorrows”.

Up this morning early, a drive to the usual café for a leisurely hour or so reading the papers over breakfast, back before eight, sitting now in front of a computer. I spend a lot of time in front of a computer. Just mentioning it. Not sure what that means for now or the future. A bit-vegetable. A Google news addict. Too much, too little. Too high, too low. Too fast, too slow. Maybe just give “too” a rest for the while.
