Not A Bad Day
We are all becoming testy at the office. One should not, however, be testy with high mucky mucks, as some of them have no sense of humanity, let alone humor. I'm old enough to know this so it's on my head if I give any of them what might be interpreted as lip. Never say "what are you going to do, asshole, shoot me?" or any variation on this to someone who's pointing a gun at your head because statistics say your're likely to get shot.

What was that about?

Nothing important, nothing worth thinking or talking about. I can be a nasty son of a bitch when someone is being a nasty son of a bitch whether they are actually being a nasty son of a bitch or not. I was not a nasty son of a bitch today, but I came close.

Other than that, not a bad day.

The banner photograph was taken at the Carijama Parade in Oakland with a Nikon F5 mounted with a 70 - 200mm f 2.8 Nikkor lens on Ektachrome 100S and processed by New Lab in San Francisco.
