Certainly Not
Saturday. A drink after work last night devolved into a BART ride to San Francisco and Guinness with a group of ex-patriot Brits who undoubtedly went long into the evening after I bailed about eight, getting home in relatively good shape and ready to wake up without a hangover. Which I did. I think. They say knowledge arrives through experience (drink much beer, have much hangover), but I'm not ready yet to make a judgement. There is a respected school of thought that says you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
So, what to do, what to do? Monday I'll have HereInOakland and ThereInOakland online. I also have www.TheGratefulUnwed.com, but I'm not sure what to do with it. A friend suggested it would make a nice email address (joe_doe@thegratefulunwed.com) for a large category of individuals and it occurred to me it might make a singles site, not unlike a chocolate shop that bills itself a “calories without concern” weight loss emporium, “we're looking for a mate, but we're not looking for a mate cause we're the Grateful Unwed”. But these are idle thoughts. Pay no attention. I have some domain names. Who says I have to do anything with them?
