Nine

Thursday. To sleep soon enough to then awaken for good at six twenty-five to take the blood pressure and find it good and so back to bed to listen to the rest of Democracy Now! as always, getting up at seven to head out walking to breakfast under clear skies. Arrived to enter the indoor dining area, turn on the lights and settle in with the papers. All of three other diners showed up for breakfast out on the patio while I was inside.

The plain waffle with sliced bananas and strawberries, fruit cup and coffee, finishing up by nine to set out walking home under a now bright sun, the weather people saying no rain in their ten day forecast.

Home to take the selfie in the lobby, take the blood pressure to find it had dropped significantly from good to great (scratched my head over that), settled in at the computer and started all this. Things to get done today, though. Always curious to see if I even go near them.

Later. Stopped any thought or interest in writing here yesterday and so we'll finish this in the morning. Pretty much spaced out, spent the afternoon with the tablet watching a series on Netflix I would have skipped had I known how all the adults would think and behave like small children and that was it. I think. If I remember. The blood pressure continued keeping in bounds. This, at least, is good. Hope it continues.

Evening. Nothing I wanted to watch on television, more than a bit tired of the tablet as mentioned and so lights and radio off by nine.

The photo up top was taken at the 2014 San Francisco Carnaval Parade with a Nikon D4s mounted with an 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II Nikkor lens.
