Bring
Thursday. Yesterday was indeed a crash and burn exercise and so to bed early, spending little time on the tablet or on television, lights out not long after nine to awaken at six-thirty, running late. Still, a good night's sleep? Maybe lights out by nine from here on out?
Up and off to breakfast running ten minutes later than usual, the sky overcast, the temperature not so bad. Ordered the avocado (no cheese) omelet, country potatoes, toast, fruit cup and coffee again just because and finished reading the papers by a quarter to nine. So far, so good. Can't tell if we're on our way to another crash and burn middle of the day or not, but we'll know soon enough.
Still overcast on the way home, the usual scooters scattered about, the flower photographed with the color a little better as well as more scooters on the way home to take the blood pressure again: 118/65. It had been 104/65 first thing when I got up. OK, so far no problem not having taken the blood pressure med since Sunday night. I don't think.
Nothing on the schedule, still feel reasonably whole, we'll watch this, obviously, and soon bleat about it here, one way or another.
Later. Better than yesterday, but tired again. Felt fried and so a lie down on the bed on and off until about two when things straightened out and I became functional again. No way I'd have gone out on an errand as I did yesterday, no problem with the thought once it had passed. Managing this getting older business is not a gas.
Feeling better I processed some of yesterday's pictures, may even add them to yesterday's entry, although I wouldn't bet on it.
Evening. Watched Ghoul, a three part really odd series on Netflix. Odd comes along now and again, odd in the sense they tend to be a unique mix of genres and plots that come completely out of left field, in this case a combination of Orwell's 1984 and a revenge driven horror movie where you have no idea how it's going to end.
The blood pressure still running low, 107/68 at twelve forty-five, 95/66 just now at seven-fifty, this now four full days since I've taken the blood pressure med. Either the machine has gone wacky or I don't need to take the meds anymore for reasons maybe I don't want to know. Need to find and measure it on a known good machine to be certain.
Nothing on television and so made it a point to get to bed before nine and turn the lights and radio off just after, let's see what a somewhat longer night's sleep might bring.
